Home & Legacy has announced plans to move its operations team to new premises as part of its expansion programme.
The team currently based at the company’s offices in the city of London will relocate to premises in Milton Keynes by September 2008. The decision to move to larger premises is part of the company’s long term growth plans.
Barry O’Neill, Home & Legacy managing director, said: “The lease on our office expires in December and we have chosen to move the operations team to offices which have the flexibility to accommodate our recruitment requirements for the future. The claims team, senior technical team and finance team will operate from alternative premises in London.”
Employees who choose not to move to Milton Keynes will be offered the opportunity to find an alternative role within the organisation. Home & Legacy hope to keep staff loss to an absolute minimum.
Mr O’Neill added: ”We are committed to maintaining our high service standards and continuing to develop new products following on from the launch in January of the new let product. Brokers can expect to see a range of new products being launched in the next 12 months.”
