Outside of the above core hours if you have a household emergency, please contact the Home and Legacy Helpline:
Telephone: 0845 070 1228 and select 'Option 3'. When calling please ensure that you have your policy schedule or Statement of Facts available.
The Helpline provides advice along with approved contractors and if necessary will appoint a firm of Loss Adjusters to attend on site and provide all assistance in respect of the claim.
Where the policy was extended to provide cover for Multi-Trip Travel, please contact the Home and Legacy Travel and Medical Helplines on the following numbers. Unless stated otherwise lines are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please ensure you have your policy schedule to hand when calling.
