We pride ourselves on the quality of our claim service which is why we are operating our motor claims helpline in association with Lawshield UK Ltd. Lawshield has extensive experience in claims administration to help ensure that our process is as fast and hassle-free as possible.

The Home and Legacy Motor Helpline
To make life easier, all types incidents can be reported to one helpline number which operates 24/7, 365 days a year.

Calling the Helpline
On calling the helpline, there will be 4 options offered:

Select option 1 to report an accident, fire or theft related incident.

Lawshield UK Ltd will answer the call and arrange for recovery of immobilised vehicles, agree repairers, for  temporary replacement vehicles. They can also deal with Legal Expenses and uninsured loss claims.

Select option 2 for breakdown assistance within the UK

Select option 3 for breakdown assistance outside of the UK.

Calls will be answered by Europ Assistance who will provide the best possible assistance to get a vehicle back on the road.

Select option 4 to arrange the replacement or repair of damaged vehicle glass.

Calls will be answered by Autoglass who will arrange a convenient time and location to carry out the repair.
