Procedure to follow in order to set-up an agency with Home & Legacy

  • Firms that are directly authorised by the FSA are required to complete a broker Agency Application Form /Terms of Business Agreement (ToBA). Please click here to access the application form. 
  • Firms that are not directly authorised by the FSA cannot give advice about or recommend our products but may still refer leads and earn commission by becoming an Introducer Appointed Representative. Firms are required to complete a separate Introducer Appointed Representative Application Form.
