There is no limit to the number of referrals which can be made by any individual

Individuals referred must have purchased a Home & Legacy Home policy or Motor policy prior to 15th March 2010 to qualify for the reward.

The wines described are as available from Oddbins from 1st December 2009. In the event of the wines offered being unavailable for any reason outside Home & Legacy’s control, Home and Legacy reserves the right to arrange for delivery of substitute wines of an equal value

Home & Legacy is not responsible for the quality of the wine supplied.

Rewards are not transferrable and there is no cash alternative available.

Home & Legacy will at its discretion consider a suitable alternative of equal value if the reward is considered inappropriate for example, for health, religious or cultural reasons

Wines will be dispatched directly by Oddbins, upon request by Home & Legacy which will be within 30 days of the new policy inception date.
