Wine Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering into this promotional offer you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  2. The offer runs from 1st December 2009  to 15th June 2010 inclusive.
  3. Introductions must be made by Home & Legacy branded policyholders who hold a current insurance policy
  4. There is no limit to the number of referrals which can be made by any individual
  5. Rewards can only be made to individuals aged 18 or over
  6. Employees of the Allianz UK group, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families are excluded from entry.
  7. Individuals referred must have purchased a Home & Legacy Home policy or Motor policy prior to 15th March 2010 to qualify for the reward.
  8. The offer does not apply to the purchase of any Home & Legacy Landlord Insurance Products.
  9. The wines described are as available from Oddbins from 1st December 2009. In the event of the wines offered being unavailable for any reason outside Home & Legacy’s control, Home and Legacy reserves the right to arrange for delivery of substitute wines of an equal value
  10. Home & Legacy is not responsible for the quality of the wine supplied.
  11. Rewards are not transferrable and there is no cash alternative available.
  12. Home & Legacy will at its discretion consider a suitable alternative of equal value if the reward is considered inappropriate for example, for health, religious or cultural reasons
  13. Wines will be dispatched directly by Oddbins, upon request by Home & Legacy which will be within 30 days of the new policy inception date.
  14. Delivery will be subject to Oddbins standard terms and conditions of delivery, as published on their website at www.oddbins.com
  15. Please note that Home & Legacy supports the UK Government’s initiatives on responsible drinking. Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
  16. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and by entering this offer individuals submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
