Wine Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering into this promotion you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
  2. Only fully completed forms will be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person and Home & Legacy will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them
  3. Home & Legacy is not responsible for lost or delayed entries.
  4. Employees of the Allianz UK group, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies and their immediate families are excluded from entry.
  5. The prize will consist of an IPod Nano. The prize may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising
  6. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside Home & Legacy’s control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. The prize is non-transferable and there is not a cash alternative.
  7. Home & Legacy is not responsible for the quality of the goods supplied.
  8. The winner will be drawn independently and at random on 26th February 2010 and Home & Legacy will arrange to send the prize to the winner no later than 10th March 2010.
  9. The outcome of the draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and by entering you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts .
  11. Entrants must be 18 or over and all entries must be made from within the United Kingdom. All entrants consent to Home & Legacy contacting them about our products and services
  12. The winner will participate all required publicity and Home and Legacy reserves the right to publish the name of the winners in post event publications and on the Home and Legacy website. The winners will cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.
