In terms of the Quality of Support service factor – namely the operational support model that goes hand in hand with the platform – for the second year in a row Home & Legacy Online achieved a 5 star rating.

Home & Legacy Managing Director Barry O’Neill said of the results:

“I’m so proud that yet again, brokers have rated Home & Legacy Online as one of the best platforms available on the market. For a niche specialist, such as ourselves to feature in the top three, alongside top insurers really does feel like an outstanding achievement.

We work hard to continually improve Home & Legacy Online. Following our addition of claims services in 2019, last year we added a Document Portal for access to customer documentation. Broker feedback is crucial in our evolution so thank you for telling us what you think.”
