Coronavirus – Contacting us during the pandemic lockdown
Coronavirus is affecting the world and our priorities right now are ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees and continuing to provide our customers with the high levels of service and insurance cover you expect from us during these uncertain times.
Following the UK Government’s latest measures to control the spread of coronavirus, all Home & Legacy employees are now safely and securely working at home.
From home our staff are able to: handle claims, process renewals, make mid-term adjustments to policies, provide quotations for our core insurance policies, as well as answer any other queries you may have.
During the pandemic lockdown, the working hours of our direct customer service team will be 9am to 5pm. Please also be aware that we will be working paperlessly; emailing your documents to you rather than printing and posting them.
How can I make a claim?
All policyholders can continue to make claims as normal. Our claims team is fully operational. To report a claim for the first time, the best way is via our online portal. You can also email email@example.com

On 11th March 2020 the World Health Organisation (WHO) upgraded the coronavirus outbreak to a worldwide pandemic, which has affected travel insurance policies.
