This means our customers who use BSL can make a video call to Home & Legacy using a free link on our website. The video instantly connects to a British Sign Language interpreter at SignVideo, who then phones our Customer Service Team to relay the conversation in real-time.
This complimentary online tool enables policyholders who use BSL to take control of their own policy; rather than talking to us through a friend or family member. The service can be used for sales enquiries, policy questions and claims.
