We can accept card payments over the phone and there is no additional charge. We do not accept American Express card.
Premium Finance
Home & Legacy is an introducer to Close Brothers Premium Finance a trading style of Close Brothers Limited (Close) and earn a commission for introducing business to Close.
Our Premium Finance product remains available for existing customers who had chosen to pay their annual premium by this method up until the expiry of their policy, including for any adjustments in the premium following a mid-term policy alteration.
For home insurance products premium will be spread over 10 months at a fixed rate of 6% interest (representative % APR 15.45% variable).
For landlord insurance products premium will be spread over 12 months also at a fixed rate of interest of 6% (representative % APR 12.54% variable).
Please note Close will charge a default fee of £25 if they need to collect any arrears and if a loan has to be cancelled due to unpaid arrears there is a cancellation fee of £15.
