All entrants will be deemed to have accepted the following rules.

1. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.
2. Only one entry per person. Participants will be asked if they would like their name added to the draw upon visiting our stand at the Broke Expo conference 2022. 
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. No cash alternative is available and the prize is not transferable.
5. There will be one hamper available to win. The hamper contains high quality food and drink related items.
6. In the event that the prize is unavailable because of circumstances beyond the control of Home & Legacy, Home & Legacy  may substitute prizes of equal value.
7. Home & Legacy is not responsible for the quality of service/goods supplied. 
8. The closing date for entries is Thursday 10 November 2022 at 3pm. 
9. Home & Legacy  is not responsible for lost entries or delayed entries. 
10. Home & Legacy reserves the right to publish the winners’ names in any post-event publication.
11. The winners will be drawn independently and at random after the entry closing time on Thursday 10 November 2022 and will be notified face-to-face, by telephone or email correspondence within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the draw their prize will be forfeited and Home & Legacy then reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant drawn at random.
12. The winner will have their prize personally delivered or posted to them within 30 days of the winners being notified that they have won and upon confirming the preferred UK delivery address.
13. Home & Legacy’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Winners agree to take part in any publicity related to this prize draw.
15. Winners’ names will be available on request from dummy marketing@homeandlegacy.co.uk from 11 November 2022. 
16. Re. trade promotion – entrants should seek consent from their employer.
17. Re. trade prize draws – the prize may be taxable and winners should contact their accountants for advice.
18. Personal data collected for the purposes of this draw will be held and used in accordance with Home & Legacy’s Privacy Notice
19. These terms & conditions are governed by English Law and by entering this draw individuals submit to an exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
